We are delighted to have Dr Lindsay Barratt, wine maker and winery owner of Barratt Wines come and share his knowledge and passion with us.
Enjoy a delicious three-course meal prepared by our chef at New Jerusalem Cuisine with accompanying wines show-casing the Barratt range.
Pre-dinner drinks & nibbles: Barratt 2018 Sauvignon Blanc & house-made sweet-potato crisps.
Entree: Balsamic steak roll – fresh seasonal vegetables wrapped in organic steak and cooked in a house-made Kangaroo Island raw honey and balsamic sauce. With Barratt 2016 Chardonnay.
Main Course: Caraway chicken – marinated organic chicken roasted in authentic clay oven with seasonal vegetables and house-made tomato sauce. With Barratt 2016 Pinot Noir.
Dessert: Luqaimat – fried dumplings with sweet and sour house-made lemon syrup and pistachios. With Barratt mystery wine!
